Antoinette (Toni) Samuel has been ASPA's executive director for more than three years. Before joining ASPA, she was the chief executive officer of the International Employee Assistance Professionals Association. Toni provides executive leadership for ASPA, administering the business of the society and managing staff resources in support of ASPA's mission. In addition, she is the lead staff member supporting ASPA's volunteer leadership. As a part of this role, she supports the national council, its offices, and ASPA endowment and serves on ASPA's board of trustees.

Toni holds an MPA and is a certified association executive. She has more than ten years of executive association management experience and more than 15 years of public service experience at the local level.
