Beverly Cigler

Beverley Cigler is a professor of public policy and administration in the School of Public Affairs and an associate faculty member in the School of Science, Engineering, and Technology at Pennsylvania State University, Harrisburg. She is also an affiliated faculty member in the Community Development Program at Penn State, University Park.

Ms. Cigler serves on the Commission on Peer Review and Accreditation with the National Association of Schools of Public Affairs and Administration (NASPAA), the accrediting body for public administration. She chairs site visits for NASPAA, participates in site visits for the American Council on Education, and consults with numerous universities on program development in political science and public administration.

She is a member of the Professional Development Committee of the Association of Pennsylvania Municipal Managers, Academy for Excellence in County Government Advisory Board, and County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania. She is also
the coordinator of the PA Program to Improve State and Local Government.
